Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcake with Chocolate Whipped Frosting

I love the chocolate and peanut butter combination so here's my cupcake version.

Ingredients for cupcake:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Set peanut butter aside.
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately.
Beat dry and wet ingredients together.
Fold in peanut butter.
Bake 350°F until toothpick comes out clean.

Ingredients for whipped frosting:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp Ghirardelli Chocolate Powder with cocoa

Beat all ingredients together until the mixture comes to a spreadable consistency.

Optional garnish: Reeses peanut butter chips
